'DoughMaestro's Hearth started with a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza in London. The Bianchi family opened our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, locally operated spot, preserving family recipes that span generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, honed the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, apprenticing with esteemed pizza masters in Naples—pizza's homeland. After her journey to the UK, her goal was to offer the essence of pure Italian pizza, emphasizing traditional methods and prime ingredients.
Our once small 12-seat establishment has flourished into a cherished community destination while our dedication to premium quality and genuine flavors remains untouched. We adhere to original wood-fired baking methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and seek out top-tier ingredients.
Now at the helm, the Bianchi's next generation maintains the family ownership and direction, leading our zealous crew. Despite embracing contemporary innovations, our core remembers: crafting luscious, bona fide pizza that gathers communities.
